Patch Changes
SUPWhat changed since the previous patch. Champions are ranked by how far their pick rate moved, not their win rate: at our sample size a win rate swing of a few points is measurement noise, while pick rate shifts are measurable.
There are not two comparable patches yet. A new patch joins the comparison once it has enough games to be measured against the previous one.
