These are the rules for using winrate.lol. They say what the site promises, what it does not promise, and what is expected of you. Like the other two pages here, this one is written to be read rather than skipped.

These terms are between you and the people who run winrate.lol. Using the site means you accept them, and creating an account means you accept them again, that time on purpose. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. winrate.lol is an independent League of Legends statistics site: it is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views of Riot Games.
The site turns public League of Legends data into pages: profiles, leaderboards, tier lists, records, counters, champion pairings, esports fixtures and a draft tool. Match data comes from the Riot Games API and is turned into counters once, so what you read is an estimate built from the matches we managed to read. It can be late, it can be incomplete, and it can be wrong. It is not advice, and no number here is a promise about a game, a champion or a player. The site is free to use, and any part of it can change, break or stop.
Reading the site needs no account. Creating one needs you to be at least 13 years old, and at least as old as your own country requires for agreeing to a service like this one without a parent, whichever of the two is higher. In much of the European Union that age is 16. The sign up form asks you to confirm this, and confirming it falsely is itself a breach of these terms. An account belongs to one person: do not open one for somebody else, do not hand yours over, and do not open a second one to get around a decision made about the first.
Signing up asks for an email address, a display name and a password of at least eight characters. You can sign in with Discord or Google instead, in which case there is no password at all. Keep your password to yourself and use one you use nowhere else. There is no password reset flow yet, so a forgotten password today means a lost account: that is a missing feature rather than a policy, and it is why the sign up form asks for the password twice. Anything done through your account counts as done by you, so tell us if you think somebody else got in. You can delete the account yourself, whenever you like, from the profile section of the account panel; what goes with it is listed in the Privacy Policy.
Linking a Riot account through Riot Sign On tells the site which accounts are yours. It gives us no control over them, and you can unlink at any time. Game data about an account is public data served by Riot and is shown here whether or not that player has an account with us. We are not Riot Games: your use of League of Legends is governed by Riot's own terms, and if Riot changes or withdraws its API, the parts of this site built on it stop working.
Most of this is what you would expect. It is written down anyway, so that a decision about an account is never a surprise.
Duo Finder puts you in front of other people, so its rules are about people rather than pages. Write your listing as yourself, and treat whoever is on the other side as somebody you are about to share a game with. Messages are scanned automatically for abusive language, and a flagged message can be opened by a moderator. The scanner silences nobody by itself: it only decides what a moderator reads first. Three reports hide a listing until somebody has looked at it, and a hidden listing stays in the queue precisely so that the decision can be undone. Reporting a person who has done nothing wrong is itself a misuse of the feature.
If something on this site should not be here, write to the address at the bottom of this page and say what it is, where it is and why. A Duo Finder listing can also be reported in the listing itself, and three reports hide it until somebody has looked at it. If a decision goes against you, if your listing was hidden, your content removed or your account closed, write to the same address: you will be told the reason, unless saying it would only help somebody do the same thing again, and a decision that turns out to be wrong is undone. Automatic scanning decides only what a moderator reads first. It never decides on its own what happens to you or to what you wrote.
Your display name, bio, links, listing and messages belong to you. By posting them you give us what running the feature requires: permission to store them and to show them where they belong, which on a public profile means to everyone. Do not post what you have no right to post. We can remove content that breaks these terms, and content that is illegal or aimed at a person can go without warning.
The Windows app is licensed to you for your own use, free of charge, and it can be updated or withdrawn. It reads the League client on your own computer to know which account is playing and which champions are being picked, and it shows nothing the game does not already show you in champion select and on the scoreboard. It does not modify the game and it does not play it for you. Do not decompile it, repackage it or pass it on. Riot's rules for third party programs apply and those rules can change: if a feature stops being allowed, the app stops doing it.
The stream overlay publishes a card at an address you paste into your broadcasting software. Anybody holding that address can open it, so treat the key inside it like a password and rotate it from your account panel if it gets out.
Some pages carry ad slots. What an ad says is the advertiser's business and not ours, and following one takes you somewhere these terms do not reach. The same is true of the links people put on their profiles and of the sites we link to ourselves.
League of Legends and Riot Games are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Champion names, artwork and icons belong to Riot and are used here under Riot's rules for third party sites. Team and league logos on the esports pages, and the photographs on professional player pages, belong to the teams, the leagues and the photographers. We store copies of them on our own servers so that no page has to call somebody else's server, and we keep the address each one came from. We claim nothing over them. If you hold the rights to one of these images and you want it taken down, write to the address at the bottom of this page and name the page it is on: it will be removed, and you do not have to explain yourself. The code, the layout, the writing and the statistics computed from match data are ours.
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be available, that a number is correct, that it is current, or that it suits whatever you are using it for. Statistics are estimates drawn from a sample, and a sample can be small, stale or lopsided.
So far as the law where you live allows it, we are not responsible for what follows from using the site: a lost game, a pick that did not work, a duo who turned out to be unpleasant, an overlay that showed the wrong card, or a page that was down when you needed it. Nothing here limits what we answer for when somebody is killed or injured by something we did, when we did it on purpose, or in any other case where the law where you live does not allow the limit. Nothing here removes a right that your local consumer law gives you and does not let us remove.
You can stop using the site whenever you like, and you can delete your account yourself from the profile section of the account panel. You do not have to ask, and nobody has to approve it. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why unless saying why would only help somebody do the same thing again. When an account goes, its listings, links and messages go with it. The champion and match counters stay, because there is no person left inside them.
If something here changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it. Wording fixes that leave the meaning alone are made without notice. Using the site after a change means you accept the version you are reading.
